Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who we are

Lexora ("we", "us") provides a learning tool that simplifies school content for dyslexic learners. By creating an account or using Lexora, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Accounts for children under 13 require verifiable parental consent (see our Children's Privacy Notice). You're responsible for keeping your password safe.

3. Acceptable use

Don't paste content you don't have the right to use. Don't try to break, abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use Lexora for anything illegal.

4. AI-generated content

Lexora uses AI to simplify and explain content. AI output can occasionally be wrong. Use it as a study aid, not a final source. We never use children's content to train external AI models.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Lexora is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific academic results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email.
